2. Tour will start from specified points in each city,and all guests should report 30 minutes before the scheduled departure

3. Transportation means Seat- in- Coach basis,and all guests should occupy the seats allotted to them only.

4. Catagory of  Accomodation choice should be specified at the time of booking  the tour .

5. Tourdesigners will have the right to change,alter, or cancell the tour due to unavoidable circumstances

6. No bookings will be entertained without full advance payment on confirmation from our side

7. Cancellations before 10 days from the departure Rs 250/- per person      , 10 days upto 2 days Rs 30 % of the tour cost,within 2 days upto 12 hrs before the departure 50%,and within 12 hrs or no show 100% cancellations

8. Tour vechichles will not undertale any other travel other than specified in the program,including transfers to bus/rail stations or airport.

9. Any loss of property/life etc due during the trip  will not be our responsibility.

10. All legal matters subject to Trivandrum jurisdiction
